Are your meals fresh or frozen?

Our meals are made and delivered fresh.

How long will my meals last?

Meals usually last 7-10 days in the fridge. All meals are labelled with an expiry date, which should be the first point of reference.

How do I store my meals?

We recommend storing meals in the fridge and following the expiry dates listed on the packaging.

Can I freeze my meals?

Our meals are cooked fresh each week from the best quality, fresh ingredients. They are vacuum sealed so are best stored in the fridge for the week. If you would like to prolong the life of the meals, they can be frozen but we do not recommend freezing anything with Konjac noodles as they do not defrost well.

How Do I Sign Up?

To sign up with Foober, simply select a meal plan or you can select your own choice of meals from our menu. Your details will be taken during the order process and your account created.

When will I need to order by?

Orders will need to be placed by 11pm on the cut-off days listed below, depending on your location.

  • Monday 11pm for deliveries on Friday

Can I change my order/modify my meals?

Yes, you can change your order at any time before the cut-off via your My Account portal. Simply select ‘My Orders’ then ‘Modify’. Please ensure these changes are made and saved before cut-off, to avoid disappointment.

When changing your meals, we recommend selecting the items highlighted in Orange as these are the recommended substitutes for each meal to keep your macros in line for your selected meal plan.

Is this a subscription?

For your convenience, the order is automatically ongoing but you have complete flexibility with your Foober order. You Can skip a week, hold your order for a few weeks, or cancel anytime via your My Account portal. Simply select ‘My Orders’ then ‘Hold my Order’ for a temporary pause, or ‘Cancel my Order’ for an indefinite cancel. Please ensure this is done prior to cut- off.

How do I know my meals will be fresh?

All of our meals are vacuum sealed and delivered in insulated boxes with an ice-pack included. All of our delivery vehicles are also refrigerated as per industry guidelines.

What if I am not home when my order arrives?

You can leave delivery instructions for the driver under ‘Additional delivery notes’ when placing your order. If no specific instructions are left, the driver will leave the package at your front door or in a safe spot.

Are there any delivery fees?

A $15 flat fee is charged for all orders under $100. Orders over $100 are entitled to free delivery.

Payment

Which payment methods are offered?

We currently accept credit card payments only.

When will my payment be deducted?

Payments will be automatically deducted weekly from your chosen payment source the morning after your cut-off.
