Meal plans take the guesswork out of ordering. Each plan is a curated weekly bundle of Foober meals chosen to hit a specific macro target — high-protein, keto, weight loss, muscle gain, or balanced eating — without you having to add meals one by one. Plans are flexible: swap any meal, change quantities, skip a week, or unsubscribe at any time. There is no lock-in contract.
Plan Types
- High-Protein Plan — 7 to 14 meals per week, each delivering 30g+ protein. Designed for muscle preservation during weight loss or active training schedules.
- Keto Plan — meals selected for under 10g net carbs per serve. Maintains ketosis without daily macro accounting.
- Weight-Loss Plan — meals under 350 calories with high protein to maintain satiety during a calorie deficit. Pairs well with intermittent fasting schedules.
- Muscle-Gain Plan — LARGE-portion meals with 500+ calories and 45g+ protein per serve. Designed for bulking phases and post-workout windows.
- Balanced Plan — variety mix across categories for customers who want healthy ready-made meals without optimising for a specific macro target.
- GLP-1 / Ozempic Plan — high-protein, low-carb, no-added-sugar meals in portion sizes calibrated for reduced appetite. Designed to prevent muscle loss during medication-assisted weight loss.
How It Works
Choose a plan, confirm your delivery zone, pick a delivery day, and meals arrive fresh weekly. Every plan can be edited up to the cutoff for your next delivery. You can swap any meal in your bundle, increase or decrease the count, or pause the plan for a week or longer. Pricing is per meal — most plans average $11–$13 per meal.
