Our Nutrition Philosophy
High Protein
High Protein menu items contain 25-50g of quality protein from lean meats, fish, eggs, or plant sources to support muscle maintenance and satiety.
Low Carb
We keep carbohydrates low using vegetables, legumes, and whole food sources. No refined carbs or hidden sugars.
No Added Sugar
We never add sugar to our meals. Any sweetness comes naturally from whole food ingredients like vegetables and fruits and organic stevia.

We use the official Australian Food Composition Database (AFCD) maintained by Food Standards Australia New Zealand. This provides accurate, scientifically-verified nutritional data for all ingredients.
Recipe-Based Calculation
Every meal's nutrition is calculated from the exact recipe used by our chefs. We weigh all ingredients and calculate the per-serve nutritional breakdown.
What We Display
Calories (kcal) - Total energy per serve
